Charlotte House Properties offers a furnished room in 9 Bedroom home with shared hall bathrooms for rent to medical & business and student professionals. Requirements to Live at the Charlotte House Properties tenants must have income of $2500.00 a month after taxes. You must have proof of income for at least 6 months. A job reference that we can verify.

  • Short term stays for traveling medical and school internships are available 30 day minimum stay is required. A furnished room with a shared hall bath is $900 a month and a $100 refundable deposit is required for all new guest. Please note both properties have 2nd and 3rd stories only stairs available no elevators.
  • Long term stays are 60 days or longer. A furnished bedroom with a shared hall bath or a furnished bedroom with a private bath depending what is available at the time you contact us. The rent is $800 a month with a $100 refundable deposit for all new tenants. All bedrooms have a lock on the door. The bathrooms have a lock on the door.
  • All first floor common areas are available to all tenants for use. We have living and dining and Kitchen area. Each tenant will be assigned a space in the refrigerator and cupboard space. Each tenant can have mail sent to the home as well as packages.
  • Please no new pets are allowed at the property.
  • We are a NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES this goes for any kind of electronic cigs as well.
  • No drinking or drugs are allowed on the properties.
  • This is a boarding style home. The tenants living in the home are required to keep the home clean. Each tenant is assigned a chore to help around the house. It is about 30 minutes per week. If you are not able to or don't want to do chores please don't apply.
  • We offer a coin operated washer and dryer on the properties for extra cost.
  • We collect a $100 refundable deposit from each new tenant. The deposit will be returned to you once you move out. You need to provide a 30 day notice to the property manager prior to moving out. You are required to clean both your bedroom and bathroom and leave it clean when you depart. You need to schedule a walk through with the property manager prior to departing.
  • Our properties rent quickly so if you are interested in renting please message us and we will check availability and schedule a interview.
  • Please be aware these homes are a boarding style home with up to 9 room mates per home. Each property has a set of House Rules. Both homes are very quiet homes we rent to business professionals as well as medical professionals that work long hours so it is imperative to keep the home quiet. Our quiet hours at the properties are 10PM to 7AM.
